Meditation and Mindfulness

 

 

 

I have been Meditating for over 30 years. Meditation was the first serious daily practice I found that began my own healing and remission from a debilitating disease. It has since become the life boat for me day to day. This is perhaps the most foundational and precious part of empowered health I share with clients as part of the process back to well-being. My practices deepened profoundly when I met my main teacher in the Tantric non- dual lineage I have my roots in.  I have also had the honor of studying with perhaps some of the greatest teachers on mindfulness and meditation today,  Pema Chödrön and Sally Kempton.   I have been teaching meditation for 20 years and love bringing ease, humor and accessibility to everyone.
